Well, howdy there! Let’s yak about them big ol’ cars, the ones they call “cargo storage SUVs,” you know, the kind that can haul a whole bunch of stuff. Like, if you got a big family, or maybe you just like to carry around a lot of junk, these are the cars for you.

First off, you gotta think about how much space you need. Some of these SUVs, they got room for days. Like that Toyota Sienna, they say it’s kind of like an SUV even though it looks like one of them minivan thingies. But it can fit a whole bunch of kids and groceries, that’s for sure.
Then you got your Volkswagen Atlas. Heard tell it’s got a heap of space in the back, like 96.8 of them “cu ft” things, whatever that means. Sounds like a lot, though! And it’s supposed to be good for your legs too, plenty of room to stretch out. That’s important when you’re driving a long ways, lemme tell ya.
Now, the Ford Explorer, that’s another one folks talk about. Not quite as much room as the Atlas, but still plenty. 87.1 of them “cu ft” things. And it’s got a fancy name, makes you feel like you’re goin’ on an adventure, even if you’re just headin’ to the Wal-Mart.
- Big Space: Look for somethin’ with a lot of room in the back, especially if you got a big family or you’re always haulin’ stuff.
- Legroom: You don’t want to be all cramped up, so make sure there’s enough space for your legs, especially in the back seats.
- Headroom: If you’re tall, or if you just don’t like feelin’ squished, make sure there’s enough room above your head.
The Chevrolet Suburban, now that’s a real beast. Costs a pretty penny, though. They say it’s over 50,000 dollars, and that’s just to start! But man, you could probably fit a whole darn couch in the back of that thing. Maybe even two!
Some folks like them Jeep Wagoneers. They say those are big too, fit a whole mess of people. Eight or nine, they say! That’s enough for a whole baseball team, plus a couple of extras. And they got all sorts of fancy gadgets inside, like TVs and such. Not that I need all that, mind you. A radio and a good heater are all I need.
When you’re lookin’ at these cars, you gotta think about what you need ‘em for. If you just got a couple of kids, you don’t need the biggest one on the lot. But if you got a whole passel of young’uns, or if you’re always carryin’ around tools or supplies, then you need somethin’ big and strong.
And don’t forget about safety! You want a car that’s gonna keep you and your family safe on the road. Look for somethin’ with good safety ratings and plenty of airbags. You can’t be too careful these days, that’s for sure.
Now, some folks, they say you should get a minivan instead. They say minivans are more practical, and they get better gas mileage. And that may be true. But I tell ya, there’s somethin’ about an SUV that just feels…well, it feels powerful. Like you can go anywhere and do anything. And that’s a good feeling, let me tell you.
If you got a family of five, like some folks do, you might be tempted to squeeze into somethin’ smaller. But trust me, you’ll be a whole lot more comfortable in somethin’ with three rows of seats. Like a Honda Pilot, or a Toyota Highlander, or even a Mazda CX90. Those are all good choices, from what I hear.
So, there you have it. A little bit of information about them cargo storage SUVs. Just remember to do your research, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. And most importantly, find a car that fits your needs and your budget. And don’t let them slick-talking salesmen talk you into somethin’ you don’t need!
In short, when pickin’ out one of these big cars, think about how much stuff and how many folks you gotta haul, how much room you need for your legs and head, and how much money you wanna spend. And don’t forget, safety first! Get yourself a good, safe car and you’ll be all set.
