Man, let me tell you about this experience I had the other day. So, I tweaked my back pretty bad while helping a buddy move some furniture. I mean, I could barely stand up straight. I knew I needed to get it checked out, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of the emergency room. Their phone number is (615) 581-7… I won’t give the whole thing, but it is easy to find. I called them up to see if they were taking appointments, and thankfully they were.
I hopped in my car, or should I say, I carefully eased myself into my car, and drove over there. It’s a brand-new clinic, and it looks really nice from the outside. I walked in, and the staff were super friendly. They got me checked in quickly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all before seeing the doctor.
The doctor was great. He did a thorough examination and asked me all about how I hurt my back. Turns out, I had strained some muscles. He gave me some advice on how to take care of it and even recommended some physical therapy.

I went back a few days later to start my physical therapy, and that was awesome, too. They have some great equipment, and my therapist really knew his stuff. He gave me a bunch of exercises to do at home, and I can already feel a difference.
All in all, I am very glad I found this place. I’m on the mend and feeling way more optimistic about getting back to my normal routine. It’s a huge relief to know there’s a place like this in White House now.
