Okay, so I’ve been messing around with my bike lately, trying to get it running just right. You know how it is, always something to tinker with. Today’s little project was all about the oil injection line fittings. Specifically, the 2mm ones. Let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey.

First off, I gathered all my tools. Nothing fancy, just the usual suspects – wrenches, screwdrivers, you know. Then, I took a good look at the existing setup. The old fittings were looking a bit rough, honestly, all gunked up and probably not doing their job properly.
So, I got to work. I carefully disconnected the old fittings. Had to be gentle, didn’t want to break anything. Took my time with it, making sure everything was loose before I fully removed them.
- Removed the old fittings.
- Cleaned up the area a bit.
- Checked the lines for any clogs.
With the old stuff out, it was time to put in the new 2mm fittings. I carefully connected each one, making sure they were snug but not too tight. You gotta find that sweet spot, you know?
Double Checking Everything
After I got everything hooked up, I double-checked all the connections. Made sure there were no leaks or anything. Then, I fired up the bike and let it run for a bit. Watched those lines like a hawk, looking for any issues.
Seems like everything is running smoothly now. The oil seems to be flowing nice and easy through those new fittings. Feels good to get your hands dirty and fix something yourself, you know?
Anyways, that’s my little story about messing with the oil injection line fittings. Maybe it helps someone out there, maybe not. Just thought I’d share my experience.
