Okay, so today I decided to get serious about this whole “sports cares” thing. I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish lately, and honestly, my fitness routine has been, well, non-existent. Time to change that!

Getting Started
First things first, I needed a plan. I’m not about to jump into some crazy intense workout without easing into it. I dusted off my old yoga mat – literally, it was dusty – and found a beginner’s workout video online. It was just a 20-minute routine, nothing too scary.
The Workout Struggle
Let me tell you, those 20 minutes felt like an eternity! I struggled through the first few push-ups, my arms were shaking like crazy. And the planks? Forget about it. I think I held them for about 5 seconds before collapsing. But hey, I kept going. I modified some of the moves, doing them on my knees instead of my toes, just to make it through.
It is not a easy thing and I felt tired,but I still insisted.
The Aftermath and feeling
- Sweaty: Oh yeah, I definitely worked up a sweat.
- Sore: My muscles were already starting to feel it.
- Proud: I actually finished the workout!
I followed up with a good old glass of water,and enjoyed it.
Keeping it Going
It is not a easy thing and I felt tired,but I still insisted and I know the first step is always the hardest.I am not sure I will success finally,but I really enjoy this process.
