So, I’ve been thinking about getting a new car lately. Something that’s good for the environment but also has a bit of space, you know? I’ve got kids, so an SUV is kind of a must. I started looking into hybrid options, because, why not save some gas money and maybe help the planet a little, right?

Anyway, I’ve always liked Infiniti. They make some pretty slick-looking rides. So, I got curious and started digging around to see if they had any hybrid SUVs in their lineup.
My Research Process
First, I just did a quick search online, just typing in “Infiniti hybrid SUV” to see what would pop up.
Then, I looked through some car review websites. You know, the usual suspects where they break down all the specs and features.
After that, I dove into some forums where car enthusiasts hang out. It’s always good to see what real people are saying, not just the marketing stuff.
Finally, I even checked out Infiniti’s official website to see what they had to say about it all.
What I found
- Turns out, Infiniti did have a hybrid version of their QX60 SUV a while back. But it seems like they stopped making it a few years ago. Bummer.
- From what I gathered, people seemed to like the QX60 Hybrid when it was around. Decent gas mileage, comfortable ride, you know, the usual things people look for in a luxury SUV.
- Some folks on the forums mentioned that Infiniti might be focusing more on fully electric vehicles now. That makes sense, I guess. The whole industry seems to be moving in that direction.
- Infiniti’s website doesn’t really mention anything about hybrid SUVs anymore. They have information about their current lineup, which is all gas-powered, and some stuff about their future electric models.
So, basically, it looks like Infiniti doesn’t currently make a hybrid SUV. They had one in the past, but it’s not an option anymore. It’s a little disappointing, but who knows, maybe they’ll bring it back in the future. Or maybe I’ll just have to start looking at their electric options. That’s a whole other rabbit hole to go down, but we’ll save that for another day.
