Well, lemme tell ya somethin’ about these newfangled cars, especially them SUVs with heads up display. Nowadays, they got all sorts of fancy gadgets and gizmos, more than ya can shake a stick at. This one here, this heads up display thing, it’s somethin’ else, I tell ya. It’s like a ghost image right there on your windshield. Shows ya how fast you’re goin’, which way to turn, all that stuff. Makes it easier, they say, so you don’t gotta take your eyes off the road.
Now, I ain’t no expert on these things, but I seen ’em. My neighbor, she got one of them new SUVs, a 2024 SUV, I reckon. And she was showin’ it off to me. Said it was the best thing since sliced bread. She was goin’ on and on about how it’s the best SUV for December 2024, all top-performing, whatever that means. I just nodded along, pretendin’ I knew what she was talkin’ about.
But I gotta say, it did look kinda neat. All them numbers and arrows, right there on the glass. Like somethin’ out of a movie. She said it helps her drive better, keeps her focused. I guess that’s important, especially with all the crazy drivers out there these days. You gotta keep your wits about you, that’s for sure. These SUVs with heads up display are popular.
But is it worth the money? That’s what I asked her. She said it was, said it was worth every penny. Said it made her feel safer, more in control. Well, I don’t know about all that. I’m used to lookin’ down at the dials, like we always done. It ain’t that hard, just a quick glance. But I suppose if you got the money to spend, and you want all the latest gadgets, then why not? This heads up display is fancy.
I seen a list somewhere, had all them 2021 SUVs on it, I think it was. Listed ’em all out, A to Z, by who made ’em. Lots of ’em had this heads up display thing. Seems like it’s gettin’ more and more common. They put it in all kinds of cars now, not just the fancy ones. Even them little ones, the ones that look like tin cans, they got ’em too.
- Ford, they got ’em.
- Chevy, they got ’em too.
- Even them foreign ones, Toyota and Honda, they all got ’em.
This heads up display thing, it’s supposed to make drivin’ easier. Keep your eyes on the road, they say. Don’t be lookin’ down at the dash, that’s dangerous. Some folks say that it really enhances your driving experience. I guess it’s like havin’ a little helper right there in front of ya. Tellin’ ya what to do, where to go. Like a backseat driver, but on your windshield.
But I still think it’s a bit much. All these gadgets, all these buttons and screens. It’s confusin’, I tell ya. Back in my day, we just had a radio and a heater, and that was it. And we got along just fine. Didn’t need no fancy heads up display to tell us how fast we was goin’. We just knew.
But times change, I guess. And these new cars, they’re all about safety and convenience. And this heads up display, it’s part of that. It is a part of new SUV. So if you’re lookin’ for a new car, especially an SUV, and you want somethin’ that’s got all the bells and whistles, then maybe you should check it out.
Just don’t ask me to figure it out for ya. I’m still tryin’ to figure out how to use my new phone. It’s got more buttons than a whole dang spaceship. And the screen, it’s so small, I can barely see it. But I’m learnin’. Slowly but surely, I’m learnin’. These new SUVs with heads up display are full of new tech.
So, there ya have it. My two cents on them SUVs with heads up display. They’re fancy, they’re new, and they’re probably here to stay. Whether they’re worth the money or not, well, that’s up to you to decide. Just remember to keep your eyes on the road, no matter what kind of car you’re drivin’.
