Okay, so I’ve been thinking a lot about BMW’s sports cars lately. I mean, who hasn’t, right? They’re just so darn cool. I decided to spend a whole weekend digging into which ones are really the best-looking. It was tough, but someone had to do it.
I started my little project on Friday night. First, I made a huge list of all the BMW sports cars I could think of. Then, I started looking up pictures. Lots and lots of pictures. I even made a spreadsheet – yeah, I went full nerd mode.
- BMW i8 (Coupe): This one’s a hybrid, and it’s got that futuristic look that I’m really into. It ranked pretty high on some quality score thing I found, like a 7.1 out of 10. That’s not too shabby.
- BMW M2 CS: Apparently, this is the smallest “proper” M car. I don’t know what that means, exactly, but it sounds impressive. It looks super sleek and aggressive, which I dig.
I spent hours looking at these cars. I watched videos, read reviews, and even asked my buddies what they thought. My eyes were practically glued to the screen. I compared the curves, the headlights, the grilles – everything. It was intense, but also pretty fun, to be honest.
After all that, I had to narrow it down. It was like choosing a favorite child or something. I paced around my room, going back and forth. In the end, I picked the i8 as the best-looking. I just love how unique and modern it looks. It’s like something out of a sci-fi movie, you know?
But it’s not all just about looks, right? I also read that some older models are known for being reliable. Like the E21 3 series, E34 5 series, E38, E83, and E36. Good to know if I ever actually buy one, haha. I also discovered that some models, like the E46 and E60, aren’t as great in terms of reliability, based on what I’ve read, so I might stay away from those.
So yeah, that’s how I spent my weekend. It might sound a bit crazy, but I had a blast. Now, whenever someone talks about BMW sports cars, I’ve got my informed opinion ready to go. The BMW i8 coupe is the best-looking, in my humble opinion. Case closed. End of story.
