Okay, so I’ve been on the hunt for a Shelby pickup truck, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey! I started this whole thing because, well, who wouldn’t want a Shelby truck? They’re beasts!
First, I scoured the usual online marketplaces. You know, the big-name auto trading sites. I spent hours, and I mean hours, scrolling through listings. I set up alerts, filters, the whole nine yards. I was determined!

Then, I expanded my search. I started looking at specialty forums and online groups dedicated to Shelby vehicles. I figured, if anyone knew where to find a gem, it would be these folks. I posted my search information to many forums.
I got a few responses, some helpful, some… not so much. But one guy reached out with a potential lead on a truck that was actually within a reasonable driving distance! I was stoked!
I contacted the seller, and we chatted for a while. He sent me a ton of pictures and videos. It looked pretty good, but you never really know until you see it in person, right?
So, I made the drive. And let me tell you, it was worth it. The truck was in even better condition than I expected! It wasn’t perfect, it needed a little TLC, but it was a solid base for a project. We negotiated a price, and I finally became the owner of my very own Shelby pickup!
