Well now, let me tell ya somethin’ about them used trike motorcycles. See, I’ve been around a good long while, and I’ve seen a thing or two. These here trikes, they’re somethin’ else. Used to be, you only saw ’em with the real fancy folks, but now, just about anybody can get their hands on one.

If you’re lookin’ for a used trike motorcycle for sale, you gotta know where to look. First off, don’t go gettin’ yourself ripped off. There’s a lot of fellas out there tryin’ to make a quick buck. You gotta be smart, you hear? Smart as a whip.
Now, some places, they let you rent and test before you buy. That’s a good idea, you know? ‘Cause you don’t wanna buy a pig in a poke, as they say. You gotta make sure that trike is gonna work for ya. Is it comfortable? Can you handle it? These are important things, see?
- Can you reach the handlebars easy?
- Is the seat comfy enough for long rides?
- Does it start up good, even when it’s cold?
I heard tell there’s places online, like that OfferUp thing, where folks sell their used stuff. You might find a good deal there, but you gotta be careful. Lots of strangers on the internet, and not all of ’em are good people. You meet them in person, you hear? Don’t just send money off into the blue.
And then there’s them dealers. They got all sorts of used trikes, all makes and models. But them dealers, they gotta make a livin’, so they’re gonna charge you a bit more. But sometimes, that’s worth it, you know? ‘Cause they might give you a warranty or somethin’, so if somethin’ breaks, you ain’t stuck payin’ for it yourself. You want that piece of mind.
Now, if you’re lookin’ to trade in your old motorcycle, that’s a whole ‘nother story. Some places will take it, some won’t. And if they do take it, they ain’t gonna give you top dollar for it. But it’s better than nothin’, I guess. It gets that old bike outta your yard, at least.
I seen some folks talkin’ about . They say it’s got a whole mess of used trikes for sale. Near you, they say. But I don’t know nothin’ about that internet stuff. Seems kinda complicated to me. I like to see things in person, you know? Kick the tires, that sort of thing.
Buying a used trike ain’t like buyin’ a loaf of bread. It’s a big decision. You gotta think about where you’re gonna keep it. You got a garage? ‘Cause you don’t wanna leave it out in the rain, you know? And you gotta think about how you’re gonna ride it. Trikes ain’t like them regular motorcycles. They’re wider, harder to turn. But they are safer. I hear tell they don’t tip over so easy.
Some of them motorcycle clubs, they got trikes now. But some of them old-timers, they don’t like it. They say a trike ain’t a real motorcycle. But I say, to each their own. If you like ridin’ a trike, then go ahead and ride it. Don’t let nobody tell you different. And they are easy to learn, like driving a car almost.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a used trike motorcycle for sale that takes trade ins near you, do your homework. Look around, compare prices. And don’t be afraid to haggle. Them dealers, they expect it. And most important, make sure that trike is safe. You don’t wanna end up in a ditch somewhere. That wouldn’t be good at all.
And that’s all I gotta say about that. You be careful out there now, ya hear?
