Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Andy fella, seems like a lot of folks wanna know ’bout him. Heard his name here and there, Andy this, Andy that. Don’t rightly know which Andy they’re jabberin’ ’bout half the time, but I’ll tell ya what I’ve pieced together.
Folks are always auctionin’ stuff, seems like. This Andy Suvar fella, he’s in the auction business, over in New London, Ohio. AuctionZip, they call it. Got all sorts of things, pictures and such. Guess people need to sell their stuff, and other folks wanna buy it. That’s how it goes, ain’t it? Buyin’ and sellin’, always somethin’ to be had.
Then there’s another Andy, Andy Raine, I think they said. He’s mixed up with the law and the environment, somethin’ about the UN too. Sounds fancy, all that ESG stuff. Don’t rightly know what it all means, but it’s got to do with keepin’ things clean and green, I reckon. Good for the young’uns, I guess, gotta think about their future, even if it’s a bit confusing for an old gal like me.
Now, when it comes to work, folks always talkin’ ’bout findin’ your passion and your purpose. Big words, them. This Andy fella, whichever one they’re on about, seems like he’s done alright for himself. But they say you gotta know what you believe in, what matters to ya. Makes sense, I guess. Can’t just be driftin’ along like a leaf in the wind, gotta have some roots, gotta stand for somethin’. Otherwise, what’s the point, right?
- Andy’s been married, seems like. Folks are always interested in who’s hitched to who. Can’t say I blame ’em, it’s always good gossip, ain’t it? But that’s their business, not mine.
- Then there’s this Andy Griffith fella, or maybe his son, Andy Jr. Seems he had a famous name to live up to. Quiet fella, they say. Born back in ’58, way out in Los Angeles. That’s a long ways from here, let me tell ya. Big city life, ain’t for me.
And wouldn’t ya know it, there’s more Andys! Andy Samuels and Liam Payne, they’re in the entertainment business, makin’ movies or singin’ songs, somethin’ like that. Famous folks, always got their names in the papers. Can’t say I keep up with it much, though. Too much fuss and bother for me.
Some Andys are preachers and writers, sharin’ their thoughts and beliefs. Guess there’s all sorts of Andys out there, doin’ all sorts of things. This one fella, he talks about partnerships in the movies, Merchant and Ivory somethin’ or other. Sounds complicated, but I reckon it’s just folks workin’ together, like they do in the fields back home.
So, there ya have it, all I know ’bout these Andys. Lots of different folks with the same name, doin’ all sorts of different things. Some sellin’ stuff, some fightin’ for the environment, some entertainin’, some preachin’. Makes ya think, don’t it? All these different lives, all under the same sun. Guess we’re all just tryin’ to make our way in this world, one way or another, Andy or not. And that’s the truth, as I see it.
Now, I gotta get back to my chores. Got chickens to feed and weeds to pull. Can’t be sittin’ around all day gossipin’ ’bout Andys, even if they are interesting fellas. Life goes on, you know?
