Release Date? When’s this Beast Comin’?
Now, this here’s the tricky part. Some say it’s comin’ out in 2025. Heck, some even got real specific sayin’ Caterpillar was gonna drop it like a hot potato on the market in 2025, offerin’ all kinds of engines, even them V8 things. But then you hear other folks, sayin’ it’s all just hogwash, a big ol’ made-up story. They sayin’ as of 2024, it’s just a dream, nothin’ more than folks wishin’ and hopin’. So, who knows for sure? It’s like tryin’ to catch a greased pig at the county fair.
What’s This Truck All About Anyway?
- Folks are sayin’ this ain’t just any ol’ pickup. They callin’ it the “most advanced truck you’ve ever seen”. Now, I seen a lot of trucks in my day, haulin’ hay and such, but this one sounds like somethin’ else.
- They talkin’ ’bout fancy engines, like that C13D diesel engine. Sounded like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me, but my nephew said it’s real powerful, best in its class, whatever that means.
- And get this, they even talkin’ ’bout price. Said it might start around $40,000. That’s a whole lotta chickens! But I guess if it’s as fancy as they say, maybe it’s worth it. Then again, some other folks thinkin’ it might be more money. Like buyin’ a whole farm, they say.
Is It Real or Just a Tall Tale?
This is what gets me all twisted up. One minute you hearin’ it’s comin’, the next minute you hearin’ it’s a fake. There was even some talk about a fake press release, sayin’ Caterpillar was workin’ on it. Makes you wonder who’s tellin’ the truth and who’s just pullin’ your leg. My nephew showed me somethin’ from a place called “Team Dal Motors”, sayin’ it was one of the most anticipated truck releases. But heck, those fellers sell cars, so maybe they just tryin’ to stir up trouble.
My Two Cents Worth
Well, I ain’t no expert, just a plain ol’ woman who’s seen a thing or two. But if I had to guess, I’d say keep your ears open and your eyes peeled. If Caterpillar does come out with this truck, it’ll be big news. Everyone will be talkin’ ’bout it, from the feed store to the town square. But until then, I ain’t holdin’ my breath. There’s been plenty of times folks got all excited ’bout somethin’ that never happened. Remember that time they said they was gonna build a new highway right through town? Never happened.
But if it does come out, and it’s as good as they say, well, that might just be somethin’ worth tradin’ in the old mule for. Imagine, haulin’ feed in a fancy new Caterpillar pickup! That’d be somethin’ else, wouldn’t it? But for now, I’m just gonna keep on keepin’ on, and wait and see what happens. Like they say, don’t count your chickens ‘fore they hatch. And don’t go spendin’ your money on a truck that ain’t even built yet!
