Alright, let’s jaw about them 2011 sports cars, you know, the kind them young fellers like to gawk at. I ain’t no expert, mind you, but I seen a few things and heard some talk.

First off, that Lamborghini Aventador thingy. Sounds fancy, don’t it? They say nobody makes cars like them Lamborghini folks. Probably costs more than my whole farm, I reckon. Fast as lightning, they say. Don’t know where you’d drive that fast around here, though. Too many potholes and cows in the road.
Then there’s all sorts of lists, you know, like them “Top Sports Cars of 2011” lists. Websites got ’em, magazines too. They talk about all kinds of cars. Some I ain’t never even heard of. They got this “iSeeCars” place, they got a whole bunch of lists. Helpful tips and tools, they say. I guess if you’re lookin’ to buy one of them fancy cars, that’s where you’d go. Me? I’ll stick with my old pickup truck, thank you very much.
- One thing I did hear about was that Rolex Sports Car Series. Sounded like a big deal. Racing and such. They did that in 2011 too. Lots of fancy cars goin’ round in circles, I bet. Not my cup of tea, but some folks like it.
- And if you’re lookin’ for a deal, there’s this “CarGurus” place. They say they got great deals on sports cars. Porsche 911, they mention. Sounds expensive. I bet it breaks down a lot too. All them fancy things always do. Give me a good old Ford any day.
Now, there’s this Aston Martin One-77. Took ’em three years to build it, they say. Hand-built, mind you. Fancy stuff. They say it’s the best Aston Martin can do. Costs a fortune, I’m sure. They even said it’s somethin’ you get instead of that Bugatti car, the one that looks like a spaceship. Can you imagine? Me, I can’t even imagine havin’ that kind of money.
Then there’s other cars from 2011, not all super-duper fast, but new and interesting. That Chevrolet Volt, that’s one of them new plug-in cars. Saves you on gas, they say. Probably good for goin’ to town and back. Then there’s the new Ford Explorer and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Them’s SUVs. Big ol’ cars for big ol’ families, I guess. Good for haulin’ things, maybe. Not like them sports cars, all low to the ground and impractical.
And there’s the Hyundai Sonata, a family car they say is impressive. Not a sports car, but I guess it’s worth mentioning. And that little Nissan Leaf, that’s another one of them electric cars. Quiet as a mouse, they say. Good for sneakin’ around, maybe. Not that I’d do any sneakin’ around, mind you.
So, that’s the lowdown on them 2011 cars, as best as I can tell ya. Lots of fancy cars, lots of fast cars, and lots of cars that cost more than I make in a year. Me? I’ll stick with what I know. My old truck gets me where I need to go, and that’s good enough for me. But it’s fun to hear about all them fancy things sometimes, ain’t it?
You know, them young folks, they like speed, so they pick these kind of fast cars. But me? I like reliable. Something that can go through a muddy field and not get stuck. Something that can carry a load of hay. Something practical. Them sports cars, they are pretty to look at, but that’s about it as far as I’m concerned.
But hey, to each their own. If you got the money and you wanna go fast, who am I to judge? Just be careful out there, alright? Them roads ain’t always friendly, no matter what kind of car you’re drivin’. And remember, a car is just a thing. It’s the people inside that matter.
